When creating a new grid, you can assign a responsible from the pop-up menu. When you open the new grid you will see your profile picture at the top right of your screen next to the team icon. By clicking on the team icon you will see yourself as responsible and will be able to add team members below.
Type a name or select from the list of users provided. You can select multiple team members at a time. Then click ADD. For more options – click on Advanced options. You will see the complete list of all the team members. To add multiple team members, click on Bulk Actions in the top right. Here you can either import a CSV file (following the template provided) or invite a user via email.
To add or remove team members, click on the action (…) button to the far right of each member.
When returning to your grid, you will now see all the team members invited to the grid.
