You can add a number to each element in order to arrange or sort them according to their level of priority or importance.
To add relevance to an element, click on the action button (…) in the top right-hand corner.
Now select “Add element relevance”. By clicking on the N/A value of each element you can either select a default value or enter a custom value. Click save to continue.
To exit, click on the blue “exit relevance mode” button.
By clicking on the initiatives tap in the left menu, you will now see that the elements are arranged according to their relevance.
You can also add relevance to the initiatives themselves by clicking on the “edit columns” icon. Select relevance and a new column will appear. By clicking on the N/A you can select a default or custom relevance value. Automatically the initiatives will be rearranged from the highest to the lowest relevance within that element.
