To manage the grid library, select “Manage grids” in the Admin menu. A list of all the grids in system will then be displayed. Each grid has a user ID, a name, a creator, and the time and date that it was created.
From this list you can click on the name of the grid that you would like to view. You can also edit the grid characteristics by clicking on the edit icon.
By clicking on the edit icon, you are able to change the name and description as well as select the grid image type. To remove a grid, click on the delete icon.
You can edit grid images by clicking on “manage grid images”. Here you will see a list of all the default images in the system. You can upload your own images by clicking on the “Add new” option. Upload the image file that you would like to use and give it a name. You can upload any a JPEG, GIF or PNG file provided that it has a size of 2 megabytes or less.
