To manage the element library, select “manage element library” in the Admin menu. Once selected, a list of all the elements in the system will be displayed.
Here you will see the
- ID number,
- previous and current status,
- element name,
- person responsible,
- associated team,
- the scope,
- tag hierarchies (if set),
- linked metrics,
- linked initiatives,
- linked documents,
- and linked grids.
You can directly assess the element overview by clicking on the element name. You can also edit the element characteristics by clicking on the edit icon.
To remove a grid, click on the delete icon.
Apply the advanced filters to the list to search for specific elements
It is recommended that the admin user should periodically use the filters and delete all Elements with Grids set to “Not linked to Grids.” This will remove any which are not used in any of the Matrix grids.
