If you have been set as the contributor who is responsible for updating one or more metrics, those metrics will appear on your personal dashboard. If you navigate the left menu bar on your landing page, you will find the tab ‘My Metrics’. Here you can click on ‘Edit Values’ in the action button to the right of the metric. Add or update the values and save.
The dashboard also provides a pinning function. If you have many metrics in your dashboard, some of which you are responsible for and others you are responsible for updating, you can pin the most important ones to you. You can achieve this by clicking on the pin icon and then switching on the pin function.
If you have multiple metrics to update, instead of doing it manually you have the option to export a CSV file, updating the figures and then uploading it again. Click on the icon to the top right – here you will have 2 options:
- Export KPI Data
- Import KPI Data
Click on export. In the pop up select CSV separator ‘Comma’ or ‘Semicolon’. Once you click on export, a green pop up will appear at the top right where you can open the file. Now you can quickly update the values. Once you are done, save the file. In the metrics dashboard, click on ‘Import Metric Values’. Select the CSV delimiter as ‘Comma’ or ‘Semicolon’ and choose the file you wish to upload. Click on ‘Import’. Once the upload is successful the dashboard will be updated.
If the values do not appear updated on the dashboard, click on the ‘Edit Values’ of the metric you added new values to and verify if everything is correct, click ‘Save’ and the metric will be updated.
